Terms of Service

1. Scope of Application 

These terms and conditions apply to all agreements, deliveries, and services established through our website.


2. Product Information

We strive to present all products as accurately and completely as possible. However, minor deviations, typographical errors, or technical inaccuracies cannot be fully excluded and do not automatically entitle the customer to claims.


3. Orders and Payment

Orders are processed only after full payment has been received. Available payment methods are displayed during the checkout process and may vary depending on the customer's location.


4. Processing and Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. The average delivery time is 5–7 business days, depending on the delivery location and external factors such as customs clearance or shipping carriers.

Shipments are sent directly from our production and logistics partner in China. This direct fulfillment model allows us to operate efficiently and offer our selection without local warehousing.

All stated timeframes are estimates and non-binding.

If an order is delivered to a pickup point (e.g. parcel shop, locker, or similar facility) and is not collected by the customer within the timeframe set by the shipping carrier, the delivery is considered successfully completed. Failure to collect the shipment does not constitute a cancellation or return request. In this case, $15.00 USD per item will be charged as loss of goods value and handling costs. Any refund will be issued minus these costs.


5. Returns and Cancellations

Please refer to our separate Return Policy for information on returns and cancellations. The Return Policy forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

The United States does not have a federal mandatory right of withdrawal. Our return policy is entirely governed by the terms stated in our Return Policy document.


6. Discount Promotions and Returns

Discount and tiered promotions apply exclusively when all applicable promotion conditions are fully met.

If a return causes the conditions of a promotion to no longer be satisfied, the discount will be forfeited for the entire order. The order will be recalculated based on the regular retail prices of the items retained by the customer. A refund will only be issued for the difference between the original total paid and the recalculated amount.


7. Liability

We are not liable for damages or losses that demonstrably occur after handover to the shipping carrier. Once tracking confirms successful delivery, the delivery is considered completed.

Please carefully verify your delivery details before placing an order. In the event of incorrect address information provided by the customer resulting in a return shipment, $15.00 USD per item will be charged as loss of goods value and handling costs. Any refund will be issued minus these costs.


8. Intellectual Property

All website content, including texts, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Caroline & June or is used with appropriate authorization. Use without prior written consent is not permitted.


9. Privacy — California Residents (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

  • Know what personal data we collect about you
  • Request deletion of your personal data
  • Opt out of the sale of your personal data

10. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If no resolution can be reached, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Both parties waive the right to a jury trial or class action lawsuit.


11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.


12. Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. All orders are processed immediately upon receipt.
